Overall Timeline
Weeks 1-3: Selling
Week 4: Collecting Order/Payments & placing order with Flo’s Collection
Week 5-6: Flo’s will reconcile your Gift Card fundraiser and send you a check!
Selling Period
We recommend actively selling for 2-3 weeks. During this time, your Sellers collect orders and payment via order form from friends & family. Checks or money orders should be made payable to your group/organization. To get the most out of your fundraiser, be sure to market what you are selling and the purpose behind it via social media, Door to Door, Cold Calling etc…
The more Flo’s Collection Gift Cards your group/organization sells, the more dough you make.

Options
There’s 2 ways to set up your Gift Card fundraiser!
1 – Flo’s will supply you with pre-loaded gift cards worth $25 to sell to family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc.2 – OR Flo’s will supply you with a unique code just for your group/organization and family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. will purchase their Gift Cards online through our website! Your code will be used for each Gift Card purchased and you’ll receive the total amount at the end of the fundraiser!
**Cannot be separated by individual tracking. One code per group.**
Guidelines
Flo’s will support organizations that are in the communities we serve, excluding the following:
• Third party giving• Individuals seeking aid• Programs that promote religion (e.g. churches, temples, mosques, bible study groups, religious camps, etc.)o We DO support religious schools where the funds raised go directly towards educational purposes• Political organizations or candidates• Capital campaigns• Conferences, seminars or reunions• Research projects• Organizations with which Flo’s does business
