We'll help you set up the fundraiser, send you the order forms, and get your group/organization on the way to earning some Dough!

Weeks 1-3: Selling
Week 4: Collecting Order/Payments & placing order with Flo’s Collection
Week 5-6: Flo’s Preparing Orders
Week 7 (1 day): Order Pick/delivery from Flo’s & Your organization delivering to customers! (This must be done between a Monday and a Thursday)

We recommend actively selling for 2-3 weeks. During this time, your Sellers collect orders and payment via order form from friends & family. Checks or money orders should be made payable to your group/organization. To get the most out of your fundraiser, be sure to market what you are selling and the purpose behind it via social media, Door to Door, Cold Calling etc…

The more Flo’s Collection Pizza Kits your group/organization sells, the more dough you make.

Earn $8 on every Pizza Kit sold!

We suggest allowing yourself 5 days to collect order forms & payment from your participants and tally the number of Pizza Kits you need and place your final order with us. Get those late orders, too! Orders are due within 5 days after your Finish Selling date.

After we've received your order, time for us to get to work! Pickup/delivery date will be on your order form, the time will be 2 hours prior to the pick up time on your order form. Delivery options are available upon request and for a fee. Orders above 100 kits will always be delivered.

Payment for your group/organization’s fundraiser is due upon placing orders. You can mail or drop off payment to 4494 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. Acceptable Forms of payment are cashier’s check, money order, or cash. School checks will also be accepted.

If picked up and to ensure a quick and smooth process, be sure to have your pick up vehicle cleared out and ready to take the pizza kits in!

If delivered, ensure you have a proper storage location ready!

Enlist one volunteer helper for every 100 items sold to ensure sorting and distributing your orders goes smoothly.

Schedule pick-up time and date for your participants will be on the order form. Pizza Kit delivery/pick up from Flo’s will be 2 hours before that time.
