We'll help you set up the fundraiser, send you the order forms, and get your group/organization on the way to earning some Dough!
The more Flo’s Collection Pizza Kits your group/organization sells, the more dough you make.
Earn $5 on every Kit sold!
You’ll be amazed at how quickly your profits add up!
We recommend actively selling for 2-3 weeks. During this time, your Sellers collect orders and payment via order form from friends & family. Checks or money orders should be made payable to your group/organization. To get the most out of your fundraiser, be sure to market what you are selling and the purpose behind it via social media, Door to Door, Cold Calling etc…
Placing Your Order
We suggest allowing yourself one week to collect order forms & payment from your Sellers and tally the number of Pizza Kits you need and place your final order with us. Get those late orders, too! Orders are due 2 weeks prior to your orders due by date (listed on order form). After we've received your order, we'll schedule your exact location & pick up date & time, and your order will be ready in bulk at one single location.
Payment for your group/organization’s fundraiser is due at pick up. The location that you pick up from will accept payment in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, cash or credit card. School checks will also be accepted.
Pick up Day
Your Pizza Kits will be picked up in bulk directly by your group/organization's. To ensure a quick and smooth pick up, be sure to have your pick up vehicle cleared out and ready to take the pizza kits in! Enlist one volunteer helper for every 100 items sold to ensure sorting and distributing your orders goes smoothly. Schedule pick-up or delivery for your customers 1-3 hours after your pick up time to allow enough time to unload, count and sort orders.
